1. Who We Are
Premium Soft Ventures Ltd (“PSV”, “we”, “us”) is a company incorporated in Ireland. Our registered address is Dublin, Ireland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We act as the Data Controller under GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data through the following channels:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), project type, budget range, and project description.
- Project brief / intake questionnaire (when submitted): business name, industry or sector, product or service description, target audience, desired features and technical requirements, timeline, budget range, and any additional business context you choose to provide. You control what you share — we apply data minimisation and ask only for what is necessary to assess your project.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, and pages visited — collected automatically for security purposes.
- Error tracking (Sentry): technical data about errors encountered during your visit — only if you have given consent (see Section 6).
3. How We Use Your Data
We use enquiry and brief data solely to respond to your enquiry, assess project feasibility, and prepare a proposal or scoping estimate. We do not use it for unsolicited marketing. Business information shared in a project brief is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties beyond the processors listed in Section 5. Server logs are used for security monitoring only.
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process contact form and project brief data on the basis of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract) and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) — responding to business enquiries). Optional analytics and error tracking are processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time via our .
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your enquiry data is routed through our internal automation system (n8n, self-hosted on Hetzner VPS in Germany, EU). We use the following third-party data processors:
- Sentry (sentry.io) — error monitoring. May capture technical data including IP addresses and browser information if consent is given.
- Cloudflare (cloudflare.com) — CDN and DDoS protection. Processes IP addresses and HTTP request metadata in transit.
- Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting. Processes server-side request logs.
- n8n (self-hosted, Hetzner VPS, Germany) — internal automation for processing contact form submissions.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use two categories of cookies and tracking technologies:
- Necessary: A cookie to store your cookie consent preferences (
psv_cookie_consent). This is required and cannot be disabled. - Analytics/Monitoring: Sentry error tracking, which may capture technical information about errors. This is only active if you have accepted analytics cookies.

7. Data Retention
Contact enquiry and project brief data is retained for up to 2 years for project follow-up and business records, after which it is deleted. Server logs are retained for 90 days. Error tracking data in Sentry is retained for 90 days. If a project agreement is concluded, data relevant to that agreement may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with Irish statutory accounting requirements. You may request deletion at any time for data not subject to a legal retention obligation.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure (“right to be forgotten”); restrict or object to processing; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Data Transfers
All data processors listed above operate within the EU/EEA or under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Sentry and Vercel are US-based companies operating under EU SCCs and are listed on the Data Privacy Framework.
