7. Limitation of Liability
PSV provides this website “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related solely to this website is limited to €100. Liability for delivered software or services is governed by the applicable project agreement.
